Most of our products are offered with a free shipping promotion. Free shipping is standard ground shipping (carrier of our choice) within the 48 Contiguous United States ONLY.

Time to ship

Most items for sale on our website are in stock. Generally, most items ship within 1-2 business days. Some items may require additional processing time of 3-5 business days. As always, refer to checkout for the most accurate shipping information on a product.

Note: Shipping times are calculated in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays) and are a product of two factors: processing time + transit time.

Free Shipping:

1-2 business days + 5-10 business days = 12 business days from purchase

Economy Shipping 

1-2 business days + 4-8 business days = 10 business days from purchase

Standard Shipping

1-2 business days + 3-5 business days = 7 business days from purchase

Expedited Shipping

1-2 business days + 1-3 business days = 5 business days from purchase

In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is available for most products. Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order.

IMPORTANT

We work hard during the week to bring you the best customer experience possible. On the weekend, we pause our shipping and support availability to give our team time to relax and enjoy their friends and family. Therefore:

• Orders placed after 3 pm EST MONDAY-THURSDAY will be processed the following BUSINESS DAY
• Orders placed after 3 pm EST on FRIDAY will be processed the following MONDAY
• Orders placed on SATURDAY or SUNDAY will be processed the following MONDAY

We understand this may impact our ability to serve customers, and we are happy to accommodate any affected customers reasonably.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Expedited Shipping (1-2 business days + 1-3 business days transit time)

• Faster turnaround in shipping from receipt of order to delivery.
• Earlier order cut-off time of 2 PM EST. Orders placed before 2 PM EST typically ship the same day or within 24 business hours.
• Delivery within the stated timeframe is guaranteed, or your shipping cost will be refunded in full. Some exceptions apply.
• Any delays in shipping will be notified via email.
• Expedited shipping will be sent via the seller's preferred method. FedEx, UPS, or USPS.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

If the customer provides an incorrect delivery address, we are not responsible for delivering the package to the wrong location. We shipped your order to the exact address you provided. Depending on the shipping carrier's policies, you may need to pay additional fees to redirect the package to the correct address, or the package may be returned to the sender. Any and all return shipping charges will be deducted from your total refund.

EXCEPTIONS/EXCLUSIONS

• Expedited Shipping is available within 50 United States. 
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii addresses are excluded from free shipping promotions.
• Standard Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is an estimate, not a guaranteed date.
• Standard Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is non-refundable.
• Free Shipping within the contiguous US is an estimate, not a guaranteed date.
• Some products that are bulky or ship on-demand may not be eligible for Free Shipping and may have additional processing times. See checkout for shipping information and processing times.  
• Deliveries to PO boxes must ship via USPS and may take additional time to deliver.
• We do our best to collect and post the necessary funds required for shipping an item. However, there may be instances where we may not have collected these funds due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we make every effort to collaborate with our customers to identify a feasible solution for large or bulky orders that incur high shipping costs. If additional funds need to be collected, a member of our Customer Care Team will contact you directly via email or phone.
